What can I expect to experience during a biofield session?
Each client is different and has different sensitivities to subtle energywork. Those who are sensitive report sensations of wind, motion, pressure, temperature changes, or tingling/vibration within them. Some notice sounds, lights, or visions of shapes or patterns, while others receive messages or intuitive hits, while some clients don’t notice much other than deep relaxation. A few clients even fall asleep for the duration of their session and simply awake rejuvenated.
Those clients sitting upright in chairs often report gentle spontaneous postural changes and/or body movement. These frequently occur to help bring the energy body into better alignment. Those who have ‘on the table’ sessions report similar sensory perceptions and may notice spontaneous movement as well, as the body adjusts and assimilates the therapy as it occurs.
While these in-session symptoms can seem alarming, they’re not unsafe or unexpected. Just be curious about them as they occur and know that you’re not obligated to report to us your very personal experiences.

What should I do to prepare for a biofield session?
Please avoid drugs, alcohol or other stimulants prior to session and avoid heavy foods if possible. Plan to have a quiet place to sit or lay down where you/we will remain undisturbed for the duration of your session. Please take a bio-break before session and remove electrical devices from your person (watches, bluetooth devices, phone, etc) prior as well. Expect to shut your door, dim your lights & turn your phone off or to ‘silent’/’do not disturb’ for the session.
During the session, keep distractions to a minimum. Make yourself comfortable with a blanket, pillow, or perhaps an eye mask, and have with you a glass or bottle of water to drink after. You will have the best results if you adopt an open or receptive mental posure of ‘listening’ to your body and mind during the session.
After the session, expect to be deeply relaxed, so please take it easy on your body, drink extra water & plan to go to bed early. Post session activities, meals and drinks should be light to help you continue to support and integrate the work that was performed. It is our intent that you ‘walk with healing’.

What can I expect after a biofield session?
Most clients feel much more clear minded, centered & grounded, and most report decreased stress, anxiety, physical pain. Universally, people sleep much better after a session.
Having said this, the results are as client-based as we are. Our post-op clients require less post-surgical intervention due to decreased symptomology, colicy babies sleep better, those with mental health challenges find more clarity and feel lighter and more stable..so it’s largely dependent on what it was that you needed our help with.
While all biofield session work will continue in your energy system for the next 24 hours, please know that the Noumenal Healing work will continue for 72 hrs post-session so please expect to continue to see changes. You may continue to experience in-session symptoms during this time and notice them more at night (simply because you’re quieter at that time).

Is it really possible to do energywork remotely??
Yes. Time and space have no impact on measurable outcomes. Studies have indicated there is no time lag between energy sent and received and no deterioriation of energy transmitted. Indeed, like most other healers worldwide, we have found that remote work causes enhanced effects, if anything.
That being said, we cannot impose healing upon someone who doesn’t want or need it. ‘Belief’ or understanding how or what we do, however, is not in any way predictive of outcomes.

I forgot about my scheduled session. Now what?
If you are a remote client and forgot about your session, don’t worry. We have you covered. We will have done our part in live-time on your behalf at your regularly scheduled time. Please follow post-session protocol, get to bed early & expect similar results.
You may notice your body ‘feeling strange’ at night as it assimilates what we did on your behalf earlier in the day but do not worry, this is normal.

How do I know if I need another session?
Follow your intuition. See how your body & mind feel before and after your scheduled session and then compare that to a week or two later. If you feel you need a tune-up or continuing care please reach out. No pressure.
Some clients see us only once, most see us for 3-4 sessions until their acute issue is completely resolved, while those with longstanding or chronic conditions often see us weekly or biweekly. Those receiving BSP generally visit us 1/wk until their issue is cleared. Frequency of appointments is driven by client needs.

Payment
We accept both payment and donations. As we onboard our new website & platform we will be adding increased payment methods. For the interim we are pleased to offer Paypal, Venmo & Cash App. To prepay for a session please use the “Payment” button at the top right of our screen.

I can't find you on social media. What gives???
We know that most businesses maintain presence on social media specifically to self promote & advertise. We run exclusively on word-of-mouth referrals instead. We aren’t here to talk you into anything or sell you anything. We’re here to help you and if you have found your way to our website, we probably can.
